Sliema is popular for it's long coastline prominade full of nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants along the coast. Sliema long lets /long rents (or long term rents) are very popular with the expat community. We offer long let accomodation in Sliema. You can swim all along the coast in various areas too. There is also a shopping Mall and various other branded shops.
An ice-Cream parlour, laundrette, massage parlour and grocer all within a few steps away from us.
The sea is also very close, just across the street actually.
Paceville is the night-club area which is around a 35mins walk
Buses in the area are frequent. A bus stop just infront of our place is called "Ghadir" takes you north to Mdina, Golden Bay, Mellieha bay, Bugibba and Cirkewwa (to catch the Gozo ferry) and in the other direction it takes you to Valletta within 25mins.
In summer each trip costs €2 (in winter @1.50c)
You can cross to Valletta by boat by walkng to "Ferries" (approx 40mins) and catch the ferry to Valletta every 30mins

Bus stop called "Ghadir" a few steps away can connect you to almost everywhere in Malta. The block of apartments is served with a Lift.
Open air balcony can be used by smokers. The sea is a few steps away, just across the street. Long term rent or long lets are very popular in this area especially with the expat igaming community.
We are available to hand over the keys and explain the surroundings. Suggest good bars, places of interests & recommended restaurants.
